Beautifully maintained and cheap room with separate toilet from bathroom, good offer. Nice variety of croissants, bread, yoghourt, fruit, and eggs for breakfast.

Efficient staffs, gave a few recommendations. The location beautiful close to all amenities. Next to all the shops and bars, Lourdes from Malaysia/singapore and town centre and Grotto.
Very basic breakfast.

Stunning location in a nice quiet area next to the river and a car park and Lourdes from all over Europe. For tea or coffee visit Cafe Brasserie le Versailles nearby.

The hotel was fairly clean, the rooms were tidy with excellent views. Really good and amazingly kind staff on reception desk and the facilities provided were clean. There was a lot of fantastic options for continental breakfast. That was what I call excellent base for walking around.

This is a reasonably priced and excellent value hotel in a pretty building. The breakfast includes great food like croissants, slices of fresh bread, yoghourt, fruit, and eggs.

The room was tidy and cheap and offered an iron with ironing board, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The location was marvellous, next to a wax museum. Besides, I was next to a river and a park.

Overall the staff is nice and kind. The location is great and stunning, close to the train station located about 15 minutes or so, restaurants and the river in Lourdes - couldn't be better. Also, it is a 10-15 minute walking distance from Castle Fort Pyrenean Museum.

I liked the hotel, it was functional and exceptionally clean with good and stunning location to the train station located about 15 minutes or so. The staff was very helpful and friendly multilingual and always on disposal. The highlight was the outstanding food. The services were exceptional, including good breakfasts and private parking if needed. The stay was lovely, recommend.
The hotel staff was not very nice.

In overall, the place is homely, has friendly multilingual and helpful staff on reception desk. The location of the hotel is amazing, close to also a glassed over conservatory area. Also, a wax museum is just a short stroll away from the property.
